Our resident photographer, Lucie B. St. Laurent, holds a dual BA degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Richmond College in London, and an MA in International Conflict Analyses from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. She is British born - although was raised between the US and Belgium - and has also lived for many years in Karachi, Pakistan. Lucie has traveled all over the world for both work and leisure. She has always been creative and design oriented in nature and believes that her global background has influenced her photography by providing her with a broad cultural lens through which to view the world. An avid reader and lover of literature, music, and other artistic mediums, Lucie is inspired by the beauty that she finds around her - whether that be in people, places, or something as seemingly simple as a well-constructed sentence. What began as a passionate hobby in her youth has over the years developed into a career. Outside of being an accomplished photographer, she is also a mother of two beautiful children, owner of two rambunctious dogs, and last but not least - an avid equestrian.
